    Not many known providers offer such low RAM on VPS'es anymore. Mostly providers provide a VPS with atleast 512MB RAM. What do you need this VPS for ?

    There are not too many providers in Malaysia and your budget may be very difficult, in general the costs in Asia are much higher compared to the US or even Europe.
    We've also found connectivity in Malaysia is not very good and would recommend Singapore instead unless you need to be in Malaysia only.
