    link wheel is a Chane of some blog site like blogspot wrodpress and other. each site should be linked with each other for example (A->B->C->D->E and as on).
    there are 2 kind of link wheel open link wheel and close link wheel.
    Example
    1. Open link wheel like (A->B->C->D->E->F->A )
    2. Close link wheel like(A->B->C->D->E->F and end with F)
