I am starting my first non adult youtube style site, with my own custom tube site and niche concept. I would like to have a legal disclaimer drawn up that protects me, i want to make sure that i am legally protected, if users upload videos that are copyrighted etc. Bottom line, i need it to protect that every member is is held leaglly liable for the contect the upload to my site. I also need a disclaimer for members when the join the site. What online company can I use to make all my legally disclaimers on my site? I am located in Canada. Thank for helping a newbie!
