I need legal advise and insurance

    Hello everyone im away to start a new business selling legal highs/alternative highs. It will be based in the UK. I know nothing about the legal side of this and the insurance but i want to be sure my "behind" is covered 100% especially in this kind of business.

    Anyhelp is greatly appreciated.

    If it is legal highs then you are fine. If you sell them outside of the country put a disclaimer saying something such as "We cannot be expected to keep current on laws as they vary from country to country. Please check with your local laws before making any purchases, you are liable for this" search the internet for one that is already drafted by a lawyer on someones site.

    So will all i need is public liability insurance.
