no. if they didn't ask for the info and/or agree to receive messages from you then it's spam. people can and do report you for it and you can get banned by your ISP and I've heard of sites getting shut down by their host companies for spamming.
so than what can I do to get leads to call who maybe interested in marketing on google or yahoo. Is there a lead company that I can buy leads from?
Are you actually trying to sell a product, match people with sellers, or just resell leads? It can be hard as people don't like spam and many marketers go out an find people who have reputation (like google) so that they get the best bang for buck. Best of Luck and ... don't spam, nobody likes spam.
Good idea. Email marketing is nice option to generate leads. have you any list. start own. no prob if you can't do. many seo companies walking niche. look into your foot, there are you will get more responser.
