I need Joomla Master to do template changes

I am looking for a joomla master I need a change made to a template.
I will use Black & White Template (http://demo.gavick.com/joomla15/oct2010/) and the changed will be added to this template.

Now what I want is if you look at the GKMEMOVIE template (http://demo.gavick.com/joomla15/feb2010/) you will see the Login/Register buttons. I want this added to the Black& White template in the top of the page right BESIDE the current login button. It should have the same popup effects and everythign.

Hello. This Pm will be going out to about 5-10 people and whoever gives the best price is going to get the job. What I need done it this..
1: devsmi.com - I need the top menu to look like the menu from http://www.joomla1.5.youjoomla.info/youstorage/
2: I need the login button moved to the top of the page and instead of showing an Image it should say " Client Login" and when logged in it should change to " My Account" I will attach an Image of the login button I am talking about and an Idea of what it should look like at the top of the page
