    Let them know what offers you have when you do ask. The payout, traffic restrictions, ect ect.
    Dont make them put in extra work to find out that stuff. You will get higher quality leads that way.

    I would post in facebook. In a group like super god damn affiliates.
    Or The Diet Cartel. Should find some leads in there.

    and they can get atleast 800-1500 clicks on their banner daily.
