Need some marketing ideas

You may want to try contacting some Human Rights related sites like amnesty int. and such and asking for a backlink. Social Media would also be a viable option as well. StumbleUpon and Twitter immediately come to mind. With a picture of a dead child on your Home Page, it's bound to evoke a reaction by somebody, somewhere.

I'm going to assume that you want to make money, and that you want a lot of quality traffic, right?

 

Money would be great , but essentially its more about driving traffic and bringing awareness to the cause

-Press release
-Directory submission
-Article marketing
-Buying signature link at DP(increase your site PR and backlink)

 

You can start directory submission, blogs and bookmarking for your sites.

Whether it is for a good cause, or not, in addition to getting word of mouth going, I'm afraid you are still going to have to spend the money if you want more than the usual miniscule hits a day on a continious basis.

That is what you are going to get if you do the same ol' "methods" that are repeated here a thousand times a day.

The only exception is to get the media involved, which is part of word of mouth.
