I need hosting script

    I need to a hosting script that allows the user to get a cpanel auto.. and all the other stuff @ the set space and bandwidth and all that... forced ads & they can upgrade to better space and bw and no ads.. so yeah..
    First off they start off getting hosted for free.. and they can upgrade it to no ads or more space or both.
