I think You can only have directories like that if you do paid listing to Top Website Directories.
You need to have allot a budget for your listing especially if you need an instant approval for your directory.

There is not any static directory list, So you have to find out directory list from google.

That would definitely need some extra work.. You have to search deep to find free and fast Directories..

you can simply search "list of web directories" you will get plenty of list.

 

but, a lot of free directory have to many link.. and google can see it as link famr
