Submit to high ranking search engines, the smaller ones will pick you up. Also, submit to directories with high PR, like PR 4+, and that will also give the info to the search engines. I provide services here and give free SEO reviews here. .

Submit your site in three major search engines (links below); and it is also advisable if you can submit your site to other SEs available since Google, Yahoo, and MSN are not only available search engines where you can get ROI.

Did you try submitting to google, yahoo and msn first? Or use submit express.

You can submit your sites to google and yahoo both.
If you want to submit it free then also other sites on net.
you can palce your site there also.
