Hey everyone, I was making a domain name and I got a domain name for a year with a year of hosting. How do I upload wordpress from Wordpress.org on to it? I have cPanel with my hosting but I've never done anything like this so I'm a bit confused. Can anyone help me out?

No I don't have the installer. But also check out my domain. It's at http://www.badsmoker.com
Why does it come up like that? Is it something I have to fix? or is the hosting not working properly?

Thats just a page your host has put up till you replace it. Don't worry.

You will need an ftp program to upload things to your site. Try filezilla, it's free and pretty easy to use. Just need to find out your ftp information.

What host is it with? They might even have information on how to get started.

This is really easy. Go to a site like www.smartftp.com and download and install the uploader. Once you run it for the address enter www.yoursite.com. For the username and password they will be the same as your CPanel login. Then just go to the www folder and drop all of the contents in. From there you will need to setup a database, but I can help with that once you get your files uploaded.

    Hope this helps.
