I took a look at your shoutcast servers and if I can make a quick suggestion, get someone to promote it to DJ's on second life, or create an add there. Online DJ's in second life always look for good priced quality streams to use, and you fall pretty well under that category.

If you don't know what second life is, google it.

Also, format your post into more than one long stupid sentence so we can understand you.

Well first thing a customer see's is Quality of the website If they see that you have a good quality website they will know that atleast you care about your product. I think personally you need a better web design. Put yourself in your customers shoes and visit your own website and ask yourself "why would I order service from here " ?

You need to get your website flawless. Look at this website vanguard-hosting.com or downtownhost.com or simply hostgator.com

Try to follow that same design.

I understand the cash flow issue. Bootstrapping is hard but any business can do it with drive and determination.

SEO for web hosting is a very crowded and competitive field.

You should come up with a monthly budget of some kind to start. Even if its $20.00 to invest in ads....when you earn revenues and profits on the $20.00 then reinvest the original $20.00 and a percentage of the profits so say $25.00 for ads again.....

    Rinse & repeat

Also give existing clients a free month for referring a customer and where the new customer pays for say 6 months.

You could post an offer here at DP for a discount promotion for DP members, try to get people to switch from their current host as well.

Read webmaster & hosting forums for people not happy with their host and offer them your services in a low key way.

Maybe pound a few doors in the UK for business that are not online.....

Design a site for a business not online ...take a laptop with you, and visit the business and show them what you did....offer them a package deal..

    :D

I have other ideas but I am only on my second IV of coffee........
