I need help......

I need help. Recently My sites become unaccessible and I wrote an email to my host. My host said the server has been compromised and he have reformatted the whole server without informing me

Then he told me he restored the sites but when I login, I cannot see my SQL Database.

Then he told me to "Go into cpanel of each account and go to BACKUP.Then click generate full back up.When it is finshed making the backup you will get an email.Then log back in and go to the same place. Then click to download the backup. You will have to give that to your new web host."


But I could not find my databases and my sites are down for a week.

Okay.. this is 100% irresponsibility from ur host. kindly tell what sort of help you would need ?

 

I need someone to help me confirm if I am really stupid or is the sql database missing.

 

I mean, I need someone to help me verify if the sql database is missing or somewhere there.
