Guys, I don't understand why this is happening, and how to fix this issue. Can anyone help me with this? Any help will be appreciated.

However, I have already solved my computer problem yesterday. After a lot of searching on Google, I realized from an article that the problem was with my graphics card’s driver. The problem was solved only after I uninstalled the graphics drivers and downloaded and installed the updated driver from the manufacturer's website. Now my graphics are using 45-50% and CPU 55-60%.
