If that is YOUR account, you have broken the rules which state that NO ONE CAN EVER HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT ON DP, in which case BOTH could be permanently BANNED. If that is NOT your account, YOU CANNOT RECOVER IT. The ONLY person that can recover it is the account owner. As noted above, have the account OWNER contact Shawn via Twitter. If he has no Twitter account he may be out of luck unless he can find some other way to contact Shawn @digitalpoint.
We're sympathetic when the new account is created solely to ask for support as is the case here. In this case both accounts have a reg email from the same company. Lets see what we can do.
