I need help

    I dont know this forum so I dont know which category i must create the threat in. Are both of them correct for grammar?
    Written on the top of the list, Turkey is the best country or
    Turkey written on the top of the list, is the best country

    Well, I am not sure of the context of your statement and this forum/section is not typically for this type of issue, but I will provide some input on your question. Grammatically, you have missed one comma in the second phrase, but from a usage perspective, I would work it slightly differently. Below are my two suggestions:

    At the top of the list, Turkey is the best country...

    Turkey, at the top of the list, is the best country...

    You have missed the commas required for the appositive phrase. See my post above yours. And, of course, you misspelled the country name. :)
