   So basically you want a spreadsheet on the Web with a DB background? Not very hard to do, especially if you have a decent spec for what you need/want.

   Honestly, it's a perfect newbie project. Look up some simple PHP and MySql tutorials and you really can't go wrong. You will be super proud of yourself once you've done it.
