I need help

    How do I know if my Domain name is propagated?
    I hosted a domain name but the domain is giving Oops! sign.
    It only display on the temporary link bellow:
    http://74.52.43.130/~zerocapi/

    I registered this domain 24 March

    the domain name is zerocapitals.com

    Please DP tell me what to do

    It is propogated fine, However the server @ 74.52.43.130 is not responding.
    It is either down, Erroring or misconfigured.

    When did you change your nameservers? Be aware that this process is not instant and might take up 72 hours.

    I have not seen such wonders before. Is not working on my browser. when I type www.zerocapitals.com it will give me Oops! this link appear to be broken
