I am a recently new affiliate for clickbank and have decided to create a webpage for a product i want to sell. On my webpage i have created i unique offer stating i will give people who buy through my site a share in what i make in commissions which effectively makes the toal price of the product they are buying cheaper.

    Here is the problem...
How do i track the people who have purchased through my site so i can pay them there refund which i promised?

    Thanks!

Use a tracking code on your hoplink. That will show which sales you got were through that site. When they buy Clickbank will give you their name and e-mail and you can then send them their refund through paypal. But I wouldn't do this. They could ask for a refund after getting your money and then have a product they not only got for free, but got PAID for downloading. Plus it will just create alot of un-needed headache for you and time that could be better spent doing more advertising.

Thankyou i will check it out! Yes i am aware of this problem. The product i sell has a 60 day money back guarentee so i have stated some conditions on my webpage stating the refund will be deposited after 60days. Is this ok?

You initially charge the discounted price rather then refunding back money.

So what you are saying is whenever someone goes through my link and buys the product, clickbank will automatically email their details which were entered in the transaction?

If you're an affiliate, you don't have to worry about refunds. That's the job of the vendor, and Clickbank. They buyer will get in touch with the vendor (since they all have contact details on their websites as per Clickbank's rules).
