    I am an Indian and I want to know can I use my ATM debit card with maestro logo to verify my PAY PAL account? .

    If you have a HDFC account with netbanking, you can easily generate a credit card and verify your PAYPAL account.

    I do not think, an ATM debit card will be of help.

    but i have read out some where that we can use ATM debit card with VISA or Maestro logo. Is it only for US citizen?

    Maestro won't work with PayPal !

    You need atleast a Mastercard or Visa card to work in PayPal.

    Even if a Debit card works, it would be hard for you to find the EXPUSE code to verify your card. :rolleyes:
