A great way to go about learning PHP is to simply decide to create some web app that interests you. Look up functions that you need and create your app. Then you've advanced your knowledge and have a cool app to mess around with.

Many resources online. Start and finish tutorials from the w3cshools . If anything is not clear with you, check further on the web on other tutorials. Start a smaller projects , try do do what you see in other websites. You know programming you lean by programming
