first you want to do on page optimization like add title, description and keywords. then get more backlink from good website. do directory submission, social bookmarking(very help to get good traffic),blog and article submission.
Good looking site, I must say. Yes as suggested: first check which keywords are important after that optimize the site for those keywords, directory submission, article submision etc. You can also hire some free lancers to do individual tasks. And yes adwords is one way to bring tarffic and for that you also need to know your keywords.

Do these things first in your site. Onpage Factors: 1. Implement Good Title Tag 2. Heading tags 3. Optimized web Content (with keword density) 4. Alt Tags 5. Link attribute 6. Internal Links Optimization (Put it in the footer) also, check your url canonicalization and fixed it if you have a problem.... then go for link building (Directory Submission, Social Bookmarkings, Press Release Distribution, Article Submission, Blog Reviews, Forum Signature Linking, etc)
