Post some links and I'll try to help you out.

To put content on the site you open up the HTML page and fill it in where needed.

I'm guessing your template is "Power Legal Research"?

Don't upload it to a folder, upload it to the root directory. Also rename 91.html to index.html.

So change 91.html -> index.html and upload it on the very root directory.

    That should solve your problem.

If hosted your site on some hosting sites you can use cuteftp to browse your site and find the index page and replace the html code which you have selected for your site and upload the css file and add the css links on the <head> section of your index page. You will get what you wanted.. If you have a blog and not a website than you can look at siaargroup dot blogspot dot com and see the source code you will get the correct idea to change the codes and can also make the corrections for correct hosting of your blog or website.
