i need help with site design

    hii all
    i goin to design my new website but i want to make it looks like this page

    not the design.
    but the side bars
    the left side bar still in the same case when i click the right side bar.
    the left side bar themes like an individual part of the page,
    do you understand me.
    if you dont. just help me what can i do to start design page like this

    Iframes are the most ugly thing in the world.......
    I highly recommend not using them.

    I agree, if you use them wrong. Frames are worse than Iframes, I'm glad their gone for good. iframes still have a place, but they need to be used probperly.
