I need help with my wordpress

I just working with my site http://www.paslit.com it is a wordpress platform then the next day my site was down i dunno what happen. I just upgrade my wordpress and my site back. But the problem is when it was upgraded and it is back i cant add some tags, category and i cant view my my writings in a visual, i cant also upload picture directly through the post, as you can see the latest post does not contain a tags . I dont know what i am going to do.

I need help to the wordpress guru maybe you have an idea that you could share to me how i am going to back my wordpress function like editing widgets and also adding tags and category. some functions are not working.

Please suggest or help me what i am going to do.
