Hi, I am trying to build a membership site where customers can join by entering their phone number. They will then get a text with a confirmation code and enter it at my site to confirm membership. They will be charged on their phone bill per month (2.99). Does anyone have any insight on how I can set this up? I already have the website built, but I just don't know how to do this subscription via telephone number. What program do I need? Do I have to contact wireless services (at&t, verizon, t mobile)?
