I need help with my php rss parser script ...

I just bought this php rss parser script and I want to make more templates

The default is found in templates folder - default.tpl

<h3><a href="{ITEM_LINK}">{ITEM_TITLE}</a></h3> 
<p class="date">Posted on: {ITEM_DATE}</p>
<p class="description">{ITEM_DESCRIPTION} <a href="{ITEM_LINK}">read more ...</a></p>

Code (markup):

There is the posibility to make more and store in templates folder.

What i need is to post only the titles using ul li . If I click on the title it must take the user to the source of the article in a new tab.

I would say first step with any 'product' you buy is go back to seller. They might have a dedicated forum or an FAQ that might give you a quick answer.
