I need help with my domain being put on hold status

    Hello, i have recently created a new domain name, almost one month and a half, and i succeed to bring a 500 daily unique visitors to my site but out of the sudden my registrar just decided to put my domain in hold status and now i can't have access to my site, i contacted an other registrar company to transfer the domain but they said my site needs to more than 2 months old and that my actual registrar needs to unlock the domain for a successful transfer, i tried to contact them with tickets two weeks ago but no answer and they seem to turn out to a scam, i really want that domain back because i put hard work on it and i don't want to start from scratch again, if someone can help me i'll be more than thankful

    You really did a good job.But now the sole way is to contact your domain registrar to unlock your domain,or it'll
    impossible for you to transfer.So use all the ways you can use to contact them on and on.If all failed,I'm afraid
    you have to use legal ways and ask special organization there to help.

    @SiberForum waiting 11 days isn't a problem, but have a look at the whois report, renewal or transfer is prohibited :(
