Perhaps add an adsense block at the end of the first post. But other than that, you have the ads well placed, a the top and highly visible. Perhaps you could try to use a 12x240 on the left instead of big ads like this. Because of course you have more ads, but it also mean more choice for the visitor, and sometimes he cannot choose. If you give him a choice between 2-3 ads, he can choose, but between 8 ads, it's too hard. Also, I see that you don't use adlinks and adsense search.. those can bring in more money.
