I have just registered a domain name phpscript.co and have been searching for ideas of what I can do with it. I have looked at the Hotscripts clone, but not sure how this would work, how it would make money, if it is an affiliate database of scripts that comes with 10,000 pre installed listings, I don´t think I will be getting the money for the affiliate sales, so not sure about this one. If you have any ideas of a script I can use to generate some income from the obviously good domain name phpscript.co please let me know, I would appreciate some help. Thank you Simon.
Well simplest method would be to share free PHP scripts there. Just add some ads or content gateway like CpaLead to monetize
I don't see a way to monetize a site like this without quite a bit of effort - besides AdSense. Set it up as a database for free ready made PHP classes, anything that's useful - sitemap makers, crawlers, scrapers, rank checkers etc. Then analyse the phrases people are coming in on, after a few weeks you should have some nice ideas. You could also make it members only and and build up a nice mailing list - used properly these can be serious cash croppers.
do you guys think .co domains will be up there is .com? i just feel like it was a way for companies to cash in at 30/per domain thats just rape if you ask me
perfect domain name, i would suggest you clone others website and change title meta information ,concentrate on different keywords as .com not focus on.
I built something using the Regnow affiliate program for one of my other .co domains, www.dvdsoftware.co I am looking now for a similar type of affiliate program for php scripts but I need to have a seo friendly script using mod rewrite. The Regnow script does use mod rewrite, so all products searched for become a searchable webpage, the dvdsoftware.co domain will help people find those products on auto. So I now have the concept I require, just no affiliate as of yet. Thank you all for your help.
