Hi, To save you reading everything if it's going to be irrelevant to you then here is a quick vague summary: I am looking for guidance from someone/people who are experienced in building large audiences across social networks and websites, I already have a fair amount of audiences but I'm looking to take that to the next level as well as start my business running up again. Of course there will be rewards.. Now for the long part - please don't pass me off as being snobby for including stats (I've had this before). But I believe in order to establish my online presence I have to look at the analytics so you can see where I'm at in this internet world of ours otherwise this whole post would be useless. Okay - So I'm a Music Producer and Songwriter from the UK but I'm also interested in SEO & Digital Marketing etc. I've done a few successful campaigns as an affiliate for pay per sign up programs so I'm a bit familiar with how some thing work. But I've realised that the real money I could be making is in taking advantage of the audiences I have now and build on that. I'm also 19 currently at Uni studying my Music Business and Management degree so I haven't got bags on money. I've run my own website for 3/ years which caters in selling instrumentals, tutorials for 'bedroom producers'. I have a total of about 700 member which I can email blast - so I have a starting point on there. I think I've had a total of about 80K totals views on the site (during the active period which was about a year) however since my .Com domain got backordered without me realising for MONTHS I began to see a fall in views and activity and all presence of my site has pretty much declined. But I've recently bought a .net domain but I'm still struggling to re-populate the site again. I also have a youtube account with around 3,800 subcribers and I think I'm nearly at a million total youtube views. I gain about 15-45K views per month - I'm a YouTube partner so most of videos are monetized however as the highest viewed videos are remixes or uncluding media I do not own, YouTube has still decided to monetize them but I just don't get a piece of the pie. I've annotated all my videos and added all the newest links on there but I guess no one really reads the video info but I've also added video annotations. I also have twitter, facebook, myspace, reverbnation etc but my main platform is youtube. I've looked around a lot of PR/Digital Marketing companies but they charge mad prices usually begginning around £900 which something I could save up for and so but I want to be back to selling beats for £150 on a weekly basis again before I can do this. I've written a full list of everything I think/feel I need to do in order to establish my online presence. I know many producers who are making stupid amounts of money per month (something like £3000) and I know this is very achievable for me with the right people and techniques - I'm not boasting but some of my music has been played on BBC Radio (which is 'THE' king of radio stations in the UK and biggest in the world lol) - so from this I know I don't need to worry about my production techniques etc it's just the advertising of the content. My website will be up and running again and I'll have tons of beats on there to sell so if you can imagine with the right audiences £100-£150 selling 3 of these per day thats a very healthy income - not just for me but for whoever helps me in achieving this. I know this is achievable as I was selling beats (when my site was at it's peak) for £50 and about 3/4 per day. I think I made about £1300 in one month but then with the whole .com .net situation everything kinda foiled and I've not sold a beat through my website since. The reason I've put it up from £50 to £150 is that because back then I didn't have the facilities to properly mix down my music etc and I've also gotten better at producing and have all the equipment for master music etc. Anyone willing to help - if all this is a success for any sales I make of course there'd be a nice cut waiting for you but right now I don't want to focus on the money just yet (which is what most people on here want so if this is want you're after I'm not the person for you) So to include I'm looking for someone specific to my niche who can digitally market my music - if this seems like something you'd wanna help with send me a message and I'll send you all my links to look at first. And if you got all the way to here, thanks for reading!
