    My blog is just a month old. Google do not approve blogs from India unless they are 4-5 months old.

    Can I do marketing of my blog after I am approved for Adsense ? Like....can I put links of my blogs on different websites so more people would see and click the link of my blog.

    go a head, it doesn't again google TOS, you can put as many website do you have with a single account you already have.
