I'd like to post a competition for a 5-day PSD design competition for my real estate website. The PSD competition would consist of the design of 1 homepage + 2 unique sub pages. What do you think the appropriate price for this competition should be if I'm looking for really unique high-quality designs. More importantly, what would a PSD designer need to accurately do the drawings? A low-fidelity wire frame? Detailed requirements? Sample websites? Anything else that might help the designer to make sure the design is as awesome as possible? Really appreciate the help guys!
