I need help to parse html

I want to parse a html site, which is mine and I enter date in database.
I want parse: country, team and scores.
All is in <table> </table>.
But I want when change data on the site to change in the database automatically.
What I to do?

I don't understand. If the site is yours, and you already have information in a database, why do you need to parse HTML pages?

I have no information in database. I have a site that get data from another site, get dynamic information and
in every minute change information.
These information I want to extract and intro in the database.

For this I need help, I not know what to do.
What method should I use?
