Hello, i am trying to make an iframe page apear over a html page without redirecting and with a timer or countdown to show close link like the skip ad in shorten services, how can i do this?

No i use simple html website, found the jquery version for 8$ but codcanyon force you to add 20$ minimum wich i dont have right now
