I Need help to bad .. pleaseeeee read and help me!!!!!

i just buy domain name from name.com but i deactivated google apps by mistake and now i cnt do anything with my domain like personalized emails etc... . please help me what should i do now ?? how can i reregister to google apps again ? its saying " this domain name already registered " pleaseeeeeeeeeeee help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
