I need help setting up a membership site

I am not opposed to doing some coding, but I was wondering if anyone had a membership site and had any tips.

Your best idea is using something like :

And then editing it alot to make it how you want it.

Your best maybe making your own to how you like it, and then changing the coding around to suite your needs.
