You won't be able to validate until you can see the ads...As of this moment I can't find them on that site.

T0PS has an FAQ that he will post that will take you through step by step

My first question would be to ask if you have PHP enabled

This http://www.411carhire.com/ad_network_276.php seems to indicate it can parse PHP.

Your source code seems to suggest you didn't include the code that actually echoes the ads anywhere.

See link in my sig for the FAQ and/or professional help. I don't know much about the HTML version myself.

I did one HTML site and it was pretty easy. To test it on your main page though just put the PHP code anywhere as T0PS said and see if they display.

Once you get that far, how the rest goes on depends on how your site is setup. I just added it to my template making sure the path correctly pointed to the ad_network file and it worked right away.

You can use the find/replace function to add the code sitewide if you hadn't set up a template system

Putting those files in your root folder is only one step. You need to add the php code to all your pages that shows the ads.
