I need help guys cause I am being scammed

On October 11 -2006 I bought this site http://soo.in/8267/ (warning link to adult site) from someone on sitepoint.com

Today I chanced upon this sale on sitepoint and it involves the sale of a site by the same seller and the design is identical to my site. I contacted him and asked him to cancel the auction as it's not fair and he said that he never sold me the exclusive rights to the design.

I was under the impression that I was buying the website and domain which inclded the design anyway. Is this guy talking rubbish? Do I have a case to ask sitepoint to cancel his auction?

    Your feedbacks are appreciated

    Thanks

Unless he transfered the design copyright, it's his property.

Update: The seller cancelled his auction. He might end up selling the site in private I don't know.

Buyers beware: If you intend to buy a site, make sure you get the seller to ensure / confirm or guarantee that you own all rights to the design, layout, graphics... and that he or she will never reproduce the same or a similar looking site for any purpose.

    I learnt the hard way

Well, where does the seller's decency begin, and where does it end? I mean, he does porn, so why not screw over some buyers while he's at it?
