    You need more than help, you need a new website, no way in hell will they approve that as it is. Apply with another site, but not that one. Also buying an adsense account is not the answer as if you don't apply yourself you won't know the rules and it'll just get banned
    Also your message doesn't come across clearly - such as have you applied and been turned down?

    Trying to run a Canadian site from Egypt is a bit of an ask - and a key bit of advice for any directory owner (which is what you are) is to prepopulate your directory with reputable, credible sites. Don't worry about lost income because reputable, credible sites wouldn't pay to be listed - your target market are the smaller, newer and unestablished sites.
