I need Help Picking a WebHost

Hello, Need Help on picking a good web host. I've been told that HostGator and Host Monster are very good.My Site would be for streaming video. Both companies offer unlimted bandwith and space. If you delt with any of these companies can you please give me your feedback, it would be very helpful. Thanks

 

I did some research on webhosts, in regards to pricing, features and reviews. Hostgator seems to have the highest rating. If you're looking for something on the cheaper side, you may also want to check out www.namecheap.com.

Be careful of rating/review sites on the internet because some of them are biased.

 

man dont try these sites they oversell a lot and if you use little more space they will suspend your account!

Are you planning on hosting the video yourself or just embedding video? This is an important factor.

 

I found Bluehost to be good.

If you are streaming a lot of video content you will probably be better off going for a specialist video streaming host. It will cost more but they will be able to provide the service you need.

Unlimited hosts still have fair usage policies and so will ban you if you use too much a bandwidth.

I recommend Hostgator. And I also recommend you Google for ''Hostgator Coupon''.
Which can save you some initial bucks.

 

I am using hostgator for over a year now and they are good. Just don't get all hyped up over the unlimited thing. There is nothing such as unlimited in web hosting. Its only a business tactic to attract unsuspecting customers.

 

Go for HostGator. They may be little expensive compared to others, but they are the best.

If you planning embedded only,you'll not unlimited BW.
But you need to use offshore hosting since HG and HM have strict rule about warez such as zentek hosting.

I would suggest HostGator. Their prices are pretty low for the amazing amount of disk space, unlimited domains/e-mails offered (and many other features), plus as far as I can tell my sites have had 100% uptime with them.
