I need help optimizing my new site

    I am a huge noob and paid some guy 170$ to make my site, it's meant to be good but apparently isn't, I feel a little cheated but still.
    Any help would be awesome, I really need to optimize my site, I am going to be delivering good content, but I really need to start building an audience.
    Please help me.

    I don't know anything about ranking, and I read over the sticky post, I will be delivering good content, but I really need some tips, or help to rank higher.
    Should I buy backlinks? What should I do?

    In order to rank higher?
    I know that once I get the visitors they will like the content they get, however how do I start off getting visitors? My website isn't even listed on google, I just added it to webmaster, but don't know if it worked.

    Also forgot to state, I have a youtube, twitter, facebook. My youtube is getting quite a few views, and will be getting allot more soon, how can I use this to my advantage for my website to rank higher?

    If you haven't any knowledge about website promotion than you need to learn something about that, to understand how its works and someone working for you is good or not. And yes, you need an SEO guy for gain ranking on specific keywords but choose wisely. Rank a website is not one month game.

    hmmm, I am in the Fitness & Health niche. I am working mainly with youtube videos right now, getting them to rank higher. Once I achieve that hopefully I will get natural traffic to my website, and I will get some fiverr gigs to try help it rank higher.

    Yea I pmed u back, I am sad that my site is apparently not very SEO friendly, I really don't like any Wordpress templates that i've seen, and my site is incredibly easy to use... Oh well... you get what you get.
    I will have to look around for some better quality stuff then
