Buying I need help on a forum!!

    I need to keep the members I have and wipe the forum as it is now and start a fresh one phpbb.
    I want the forum to look the same its just a phpbb script with my website logo on it. You would need to save the logo.
    So heres a recap:
    Save my members and transfer them to the new forum (both phpbb)
    Install new phpbb forum with any nice looking red and black theme.
    Keep all the same categories
    And keep logo.
    Thats all
    I make it sound confusing but hopefully someone can do this for me.
    I will pay $10 paypal. Shouldnt take that long to do maybe 15-20 min...
