I need help monetizing my site with CPM companies

Hi. Long time lurker, first time poster.

I need some CPM company recommendations and in which order to use them.

I am currently using BurstMedia but I am finding the CPM to be too low.

I have recently been accepted into CasaleMedia and will begin to set that up.

I also heard TribalFusion and VAlue Click Media were good. I will apply with them soon.

Which should I use as first tier and which should I use as 2nd tier?

Are there any other companies that are worth looking into?

If not, could you rank BM, CM, TF, and VCM in order of which would you use as 1st,2nd,3rd,4th tier.

I use Casale and then VCM and then filter down to the lower payers like CPX interactive.
