I need help making my first proxy site

    I decided that I want to make a proxy website.But the problem is that I don't know anything about proxies.So I need someone to teach me how to make a proxy,get the script,set everything up,add adsense ads and everything else.I am willing to pay for this :)
    Also I don't want someone to make me the proxy.I want to be taught how to make it my self.
