    looks like ur blog doesn't have any traffic. First get some content on ur blog. Reach some traffic mark, maybe 200 visitors per day, then add the ads.

    The ad link units, always made me less money, I'll suggest remove the adsense link units and fit in 336x280 blocks of adsense in top center. and have the title color set to blue: 0000FF

    but first get some traffic, otherwise no point in showing ads on a site with no visitors and don't click your own ads :)

    Also read the Google TOS.
