I need help in Seo

Hi DP members...
Recently due to change in googles algorithm my site went down from page 1 to 5.I had it for 4 keywords but unfortunately due to google all the rankings are gone and my wokd done on the site went in vain.So i request u to please help me how to get my site back with ur experience and tips.
This forum is a wonderful place and every newbie gets help.So all the seo experts pls help me.

Maybe your site was hit by the Google penguin.... If your doing link building make it sure that the site you are using is relevant to your niche. Also in your content; your content must be fresh and unique, no duplicate content.
