Hello. This is my problem. I have an pay pal account limited for over 180 days and I have received the mail that announced me that I can withdrawal the funds from my account. Here the problems appeared. This account is registered with the name of a friend of mine and I cannot find him because he is out of the country and I left contact to him. My questions are. There is any option to withdrawal the funds using an virtual credit card or something like this but please be aware when answer that I don't have an credit card with the name the account si registered. I am from Romania if this counts in using some vcc. P.S.: I anyone can help me I am willing to give around 50$ after I cash out the amount, around 830$. Thanks and waiting for your valuable answers.
Well you will have to find your friend for sure because you cannot withdraw the funds, if the actual registered account holder is not present. Your account might get sealed till your friend sends a proof to paypal through mail. Instead why dont you create your own paypal account with the bank account option and ask your sender to send you the money in your newly created paypal account.
Because the paypal account with the funds was limited and will remain limited. The funds were held for 180 days and now I received the email that announced me that the funds can be withdrawal.
