I need help in ePassporte or Entropay for vvc !

    Hi,
    I was searching for a good service that provides Virtual Visa cards with an account (not bank account, just account ), so you can access the account, see balance, fund or whithdraw money. I mean a good service, and I don't like the prepaid card like some websites offer:
    Card with $25 for $50
    with $40 for $70.
    Or the cards that are for just verify paypal and not for use.

    I was searching for good services, and I found two:
    ePassporte & Entropay
    To get a Visa virtual card.
    And what I cuurently have is an US Master Card, and US Bank Account (both from payoneer )

    BUT the problem is:
    In ePassporte, I need a Visa card to fund account, but I don't have !
    In Entropay, I need a non US Card, but my mastercard is US ?

    So how to create a virtual card in ePassporte or Entropay, or can you tell me another service like them ?

    US Bank Account should work (you didnt saw), but it takes about 10 days to load money from it

    I can't load money from the US Bankaccount, I can only send to.
    The Bank account is attached to MasterCard: Mastercard to send money, US Bank account to receive it.
